Zygos, or Zygo cacti, are known for their vibrant colors and stunning floral displays. As they bloom during the Winter season, they bring a cheerful touch to any home or garden.
Zygos are low-maintenance plants that thrive in cool, humid conditions. They prefer to be grown in pots or hanging baskets, as opposed to being planted in the ground and require good drainage. Despite being a succulent, they benefit from frequent watering, similar to other potted plants. As long as the soil has adequate drainage, they will flourish.
Zygo cacti are highly resilient and can easily propagate from cuttings, making it ideal for accidental damage. With every broken piece, you can create a new and thriving plant.
