Our Luxe Gift Boxes and other gift ware products are dispatched every business day to every inch of Australia! (Plants are only able to be delivered through out the Greater Geelong, Surfcoast, Bellarine Peninsula, Melbourne and Ballarat areas)

Standard delivery across Australia takes between 1-5 business days.

We dispatch all items which require shipping (aren't able to be delivered by our courier locally - See Local Delivery list here) within 1-2 business days.

Standard courier delivery of our Luxe Gift Boxes and other items requiring shipping starts at $15. (This does not include our plant courier service - Please check shipping rates for this detail when checking out)

We can not facilitate specific delivery days. Once your parcel leaves us, it will get to the address listed in the shipping section as provided by the purchaser ASAP. We can not speed this up or control this in anyway nor can we control what time of the day a delivery will arrive. 

All deliveries occur under an 'Authority to Leave' basis, unless otherwise requested by the purchaser (fees may occur). 

All orders are delivered to the specified address listed at the time of purchase. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure access to the premises for the delivery to occur. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure access is available to the delivery premise.

Oh Honey Plants accepts no responsibility for any items which are taken/stolen/lost from the premise post delivery due to locked gates, no access or no contact at time of delivery. 

Shipping delays -

Please expect extensive delays in shipping due to various lockdowns and restrictions across the country. The courier network is currently overrun and has had to reduce their workforce due to restrictions, please be patient. We work really hard to get your orders out as fast as possible, but once they are in the hands of Couriers Please or Aramex or Startrack we cannot take any responsibility for delays as it is completely out of our control.

Our couriers have advised us to expect an additional 3-5 business days for deliveries to arrive. Please understands that they are working as hard as they can to be as efficient as possible.
