We offer a standard same-day delivery service to locations

listed above by 8pm Monday to Friday.

All orders need to be placed by 11am Monday to Friday to be

delivered via our standard same day delivery service.

(Deliveries occur on business days only- Weekend orders and orders after 11am Friday will occur on the next business day)

Notification of delivery restrictions and/or additional fees

Customers will be notified at the checkout or contacted by Oh Honey Plants via phone or email should delivery restrictions or additional charges apply to an order.

All orders are delivered to the specified address listed at the time of purchase. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure access to the premises for the delivery to occur. If no one is home at the time of delivery, contact will attempt to be made, but all orders unless otherwise requested by the purchaser are 'Authority to Leave' (deliveries will be left in the safest possible location on first attempt delivery. Ie Front door or at locked gate if access isn't available.) It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure access is available to the delivery premise.

Oh Honey Plants accepts no responsibility for any items which are taken/stolen/lost from the premise post delivery due to locked gates, no access or no contact at time of delivery.
