We offer flat rate shipping on all orders placed within Australia. All orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive.

We send all parcels via standard Australia Post or Sendle. Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb and postcode) as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs unless it is the error of Lustre Blooms. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.

​Our range of closed Luxe Gift Boxes (without flowers or plants added) are available to be delivered Nationwide across Australia (including Geelong and the Surfcoast!) through couriers. These boxes are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please allow 2-3 business days to pack and process your order.

Our Luxe Gift Boxes which include Flowers or Plants are available for delivery across Geelong and the Surfcoast ONLY. We hand deliver all Boxes which include floral arrangements and plants (to ensure that arrive just as perfect as when they left) everyday Monday to Friday to the suburbs below. Please allow 1-2 business days to pack and process your order. (Don't forget to add your desired delivery date)

Late Deliveries: Refunds will not be given for late delivery. Lustre Blooms will not be held liable for late delivery. We endeavour to ship your order promptly and without delay. If a delay does occur it is often during transit which it outside of our control.
