Monstera Peru, also known as Monstera Karstenianum, is an easy to grow plant with uniquely textured leaves that is a much rarer find than some more commonly known Monsteras. 

It is a suitable plant for beginner collectors who wish to grow something outside the ordinary but not quite ready to take on something too difficult. 

They enjoy bright, indirect or medium light - and prefers not to be in direct sunlight. Don’t overdo it when it comes to watering, as it won’t be a forgiving plant if sitting in wet soil. The best practice is to feel the leaves, which when watered well will be flat & stiff (almost like cardboard). If they feel soft & are starting to curl or wilt, it’s definitely thirsty!
