The Peacock Calathea are ground cover plants with broad, distinctive dark green leaves with patterning that resemble peacock feathers. 

The Peacock Calathea is a plant best suited for medium, filtered light rather than direct sunlight, as it can cause fading of its vibrant patterns and colours. While this plant can survive in full shade, its growth may be slowed. To ensure it’s thriving, maintain high levels of humidity and consistently moist soil. If leaves begin to curl, it may be a sign of under watering.
