Monstera Adansonii, also known as the Swiss Cheese plant, is an easy-to-grow climbing evergreen that provides a dramatic focal point due to its size and unique shape. It is known for its heart-shaped leaves which have a  waxy texture, and contain large, oval-shaped perforations, which led to its common name of Swiss cheese or 5-hole plant. 

To thrive, Monstera plants need humid and warm environments with bright, indirect sunlight, but too much direct light during warmer months can damage the foliage.

Proper watering for Monstera involves waiting for the top layer of soil to dry before watering again. It is important to avoid constantly moist soil, allowing for slight dryness between waterings. Look for limp and curling leaves as a signal that your Monstera needs water.
