Snake plants (also known as Mother in Law’s Tongue) are the ideal choice for beginner gardeners as it is extremely difficult to kill.

An ideal container plant that grows well on the floor or on tabletop displays. Snake plants thrive in warm weather & struggles in cold conditions, which is why they are best suited to being indoors in Victoria.

This plant is drought-resistant but is prone to overwatering since it can lead to root rot. Only water the plant if all the soil feels dry. These plants can go two months between waterings during Winter and once a month in Summer.
